I have been very pleased with every aspect of the job. Due in no way to Reinstate, it took a long time but this was entirely down to the insurance company, who dragged their feet. If only Reinstate could have been allowed just to get on with it, the work would have been done in record time. All the workmen were skilful, on time, efficient, courteous and helpful, as well as cleaning up carefully. Andrew coordinated the project highly effectively.

He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. We had a log burning stove fitted. Nick was very helpful from the the beginning. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a very good price for the job. They came and worked through the day while we were at work and when we got home they had left the room very tidy and with only a small amount of dust to wipe away. The finishing result is exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Equity Homes to anyone who is wanting a new fire fitting.
